What we collect

The Sandybox may process basic technical information needed to operate the site, product usage events used to improve our products, and transaction information supplied by our payment provider. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe processes payment and billing data under its own privacy terms. We retain only the transaction identifiers and product information needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and product measurement.

Product data

Unless a product clearly says otherwise, answers entered into browser-based tools are processed in the browser and are not intended to contain confidential, regulated, or personal information.

Analytics and operations

We may record limited events such as product views, checkout starts, purchases, errors, and aggregate usage to understand whether a product is useful and to keep the service reliable.

Retention and requests

Operational and transaction records are retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above and applicable legal obligations. For a privacy request, use the support contact provided with the relevant product or purchase receipt.
